Information message: The Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Communications Industry under the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, by order No. 447-pr dated December 13, 2024, announces an auction for the following radio frequency:

- 101.3 MHz, with a bandwidth of 250 kHz, with a transmitter power of up to 500 W, a gain of up to 6 dB, with losses in the antenna-feeder path of up to 1 dB, with an effectively radiated power of up to 32 dBW, with an antenna height of up to 20 m, at the installation point of the city of Bishkek or the village of Orto-Sai, coverage area: the city of Bishkek, the city of Kant, Sokuluk district, Alamudun district, Issyk-Ata district.

- for a period of use of 10 years;

- with a starting price of 449,595.0 (four hundred forty-nine thousand five hundred ninety-five) soms;

- with a 5% auction step price of 22,479.75 (twenty-two thousand four hundred seventy-nine) soms 75 tyiyn. A one-time price increase shall not exceed 10 auction steps.

Registration of applications for participation in the online auction and the online auction shall be carried out on the Internet resource auction.nas.gov.kg.

Registration shall begin at 16:00 on December 13, 2024.

Registration shall end at 16:00 on January 14, 2025.

The date and time of the online auction shall be set for 10:00 on January 15, 2025.

For persons undergoing initial registration, participants shall attach the following documents:

1) for a legal entity:

- a valid certificate of registration (re-registration) of a legal entity or an extract from the register of legal entities issued by the authorized body of the country of registration;

- in case of participation of the head of a legal entity, an order on his/her appointment;

- if necessary, a power of attorney for a person representing legal interests for participation in the specified online auction, executed in accordance with the procedure established by law;

- a scanned copy of the passport of the head of the legal entity or an authorized person - for a non-resident of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2) for an individual:

- a scanned copy of the passport for a non-resident of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3) for an individual entrepreneur:

- a scanned copy of the certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur;

- a scanned copy of the passport for a non-resident of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4) for all participants:

- select the desired resource from the list of available radio frequency resources on the Internet resource auction.nas.gov.kg;

- provide a scanned copy of the payment document on the security deposit in the amount of 5% of the starting price by 16:00 on January 14, 2025, using the following details:

In case of changes to the documents attached for the initial registration of the participant's personal account, send them to the e-mail priemnaya1@nas.gov.kg.

A payment order submitted for participation in other auctions cannot be presented as a basis for participation in the auction announced by this order.

A payment order submitted for participation in one auction lot announced by this order cannot be presented as a basis for participation in another auction lot.

Only persons who have registered on the Internet resource auction.nas.gov.kg in compliance with the conditions established by this order are allowed to participate in the auction.
